Hours of Operation

Warehouse / Office - 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday Through Friday, U.S. Eastern Time. 

Local Pickups - If you are a local NC shopper and would like to pickup your order rather than have it shipped, please email your request to orders@tutu.com. A team member will email you when your order is ready and schedule a pick-up time. We offer online shopping only. Our Ballet Costume Shop is open for scheduled fitting appointments.

Holiday closures: US Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, and July 4th holidays.

Note: We are a working costume shop and are on deadlines, we may be available earlier, later, and/or on Saturdays by appointment.
